朝邦文教基金會榮獲國際引導者協會頒發的2016年『引導影響力金牌獎 』!

      《親愛的,我老了~與時間對話特展》專案榮獲IAF國際引導者協會所頒發的2016年引導影響力金牌獎 (Gold Facilitation Impact Award)。這項殊榮肯定台灣高齡化政策暨產業發展協會與朝邦基金會的跨界合作,透過此展覽活動,讓引導與對話的精神與能力得以彰顯,並讓老化的議題可以在跨世代中透過對話與引導,被深刻的討論,並激發未來的改變行動。

       2016年引導影響力獎的提名來自全球各地的組織團體。從企業、政府單位、非營利事業組織等,今年所提名的40 件引導專案活動中,有21個單位獲獎,共頒出3座白金獎、5座金牌獎、13座銀牌獎。《親愛的,我老了~與時間對話特展》則是榮獲金牌獎。這是由台灣高齡化政策暨產業發展協會與朝邦文教基金會引導師張桂芬、薛碧雯、陳明勇、吳咨杏合作規劃,而朝邦文教基金會則是台灣第一個榮獲此殊榮的組織。

      IAF國際引導者協會前任理事主席Kimberly Bain表示:「引導影響力獎讚揚引導的力量。」IAF國際引導者協會也是此獎項的主辦單位。她並說:「我們現在有充足的證據可以證明,團隊引導與引導方法能帶來明顯的效果。當我們看到數據(參加單位提供的數據),我們看到更多利益關係者因為引導方法的運用而受益,並且首度看見可衡量、有意義的成果!幾乎是每一個引導專案,都可以從無形的效果看出,參與引導活動的人在自我肯定、自信、態度、效果上,都有提升。」

引導影響力獎簡介

國際引導者協會的引導影響力獎(Facilitation Impact Awards)倡議的整體目標是:

  • 以成就正面、有影響力的成果推廣大家隊引導角色的認知;
  • 獎勵組織與社區內對於引導的應用;
  • 肯定卓越的引導行為;
  • 表揚國際引導者協會成員的卓越貢獻;並且
  • 推廣國際引導者協會(IAF)以及協會年會,作為推廣專業引導的途徑。

為了呼應國際引導者協會的精神,引導影響力獎是一項非競爭性、包容性的獎項,肯定組織如何運用引導來達成正向、有價值的成效。

說明:

 

      《親愛的,我老了~與時間對話特展》展覽是由非營利組織台灣高齡化政策暨產業發展協會(AAA)所規劃,希望能夠提升大眾對於高齡化議題的認知。台灣高齡化政策暨產業發展協會與德國社會企業(Dialogue Social Enterprise - DSE)合作,在台灣舉辦《親愛的,我老了~與時間對話特展》。這是亞洲第一個推出此展的國家。

 

      這場《與時間對話特展》是一場互動式的展覽,是世界上唯一針對老化議題,從銀髮族的角度思考的活動。展覽的對話引導員年齡均超過70歲。他們就是展覽中的對話促成者,也是老化議題最具資格的專家,並能作為我們的典範。

 

      朝邦文教基金會的引導師在這專案中擔任策略夥伴,在培訓期擔任對話引導員的培訓師,並於展期持續指導銀髮族對話引導員。高齡化政策暨產業發展協會、德國社會企業、朝邦文教基金會的這項跨國、策略性的合作,是前所未有的創舉。

 

此專案的主要目標包括:

  • 賦予年齡超過七十的特展對話引導員更多力量,成為具資格的引導員,為台灣這次的《親愛的,我老了》展覽進行導覽
  • 特展對話引導員針對快樂老化與老化的藝術等主題,引導訪客與一般大眾進行對話
  • 有效讓一般大眾對於有活力的老化,有更多的認知

 

達成的重點成果包括:

  • 針對銀髮族的對話引導員:訓練的銀髮族對話引導員總數量達42位,均在展覽中服務。透過培訓、練習、評估的過程,讓他們做好準備,與大眾互動,並引導世代間的對話。二個月的展覽期間共有83,300名訪客參觀此展覽,共進行超過千場的對話。
  • 受訪的觀眾,超過九成表示對整體體驗感到滿意。
  • 總統與部會首長均到訪參觀,也肯定銀髮族對話引導員在這場教育意義豐富的展覽所辦演的重要角色。
  • 即將於北京、香港、新加坡、南韓、台灣的展覽單位均到訪展覽,尋求培訓銀髮族對話引導員方面的協助,並分享經驗。
  • 超過三分之二的銀髮族對話引導員表示願意支援在台灣其他都市的展覽擔任對話引導工作。
  • 大眾媒體共有155篇相關報導。在《親愛的,我老了~與時間對話》與對話引導員方面,共有超過15篇專題報導,報導內也討論到老化的議題。估計整體媒體廣告效益超過7600萬元。

CP  Yen Foundation wins 2016  Gold Facilitation Impact Award !

    “Project Dialogue with Time has received a 2016 Gold Facilitation Impact Award given by the International Association of Facilitators. This award celebrates a crowning achievement by Active Aging Association and CP Yen Foundation, and illustrates how facilitation and collaborative techniques can make the difference between success and failure.

    2016 FIA nominations were submitted from organizations across the world.  Out of the 40 facilitative initiative nominations received from businesses, governments, and not-for-profit organisations from around the world, 21 received awards: 3 Platinum, 5 Gold and 13 Silver.  The Project “ Honey , I am old-Dialogue with Time”  wins a Gold award. The project organized by AAA and  Facilitators- Jackie Chang, Tara Hsueh, Vincent Chen and Jorie Wu from CP Yen Foundation were the awarded facilitators. CP Yen Foundation is the first organization received FIA award in Taiwan.

    “The Facilitation Impact Awards celebrate the power of collaboration,” says Kimberly Bain, past Global Chair of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). The IAF is the organisation behind the Facilitation Impact Awards. “We now have concrete proof that group facilitation and group process methodologies yield significant results. When we look at the metrics [shown in the submissions], we see higher levels of stakeholder buy-in, and now, for the first time ever, we can show measurable, impactful results! And, across almost every project, a set of intangible results that indicated an elevated level of self-esteem, confidence, attitudes, and effectiveness of those participating in these facilitative events. ” she says.

E.    Professional Standing –-

Indicate if a facilitator who was significantly involved in the project has professional standing at the time of submission/evaluation as a member of the International Association of Facilitators or as a Certified Professional Facilitator.

What unique and/or challenging situations, if any, were managed or overcome during the session? What were they, and how were they addressed? (e.g., dealing with an emergency during the session)

 

Facilitation Impact Awards

The overall purpose of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Facilitation Impact Awards initiative is to:

  • Promote the awareness of the role of facilitation in achieving positive, impactful results;
  • Reward the use of facilitation within organisations and communities;
  • Recognize excellence in facilitation practices;
  • Acknowledge outstanding contributions by IAF members; and
  • Promote IAF and its conferences as vehicles for advancing the profession of facilitation.

In keeping with the spirit of the IAF, the Facilitation Impact Awards is a non-competitive, inclusive awards programme designed to highlight how organisations have successfully used facilitation to bring about positive and valuable impact.

Description:

 

The exhibition called “Honey, I am old- Dialogue with Time” was organized by Taiwan Active Aging Association (AAA), a new Non-Profit Organization in Taiwan. To increase the awareness of aging issues, AAA liaised with Dialogue Social Enterprise (DSE) in Germany to conduct the “Dialogue with Time “exhibition in Taiwan. Taiwan is the first country in Asia that launched this exhibition.

 

Dialogue with Time is an interactive exhibition, the first of its kind in the world that deals with aging from an original perspective. The guides-dialogue makers of this exhibition are aged 70 and above. They are the dialogue makers and experts in all facets of aging and act as role models.

 

 

Facilitators from CP Yen Foundation (CPFY) were the strategic partners with AAA in this project. They served as trainers for the senior dialogue makers during the training period and continued to coach and monitor the senior dialogue makers during the exhibition months. The collaboration among AAA, DSE and CPYF is international, strategic and unprecedented.

The project objective included the following:

  • Empower and enable senior dialogue makers(SDM) who are over 70 years old to be qualified dialogue facilitators for “Honey, I am old- Dialogue with Time” exhibition in Taiwan,
  • SDMs conduct dialogue about Happy Aging and The Art of Aging among visitors and general publics. 
  • Successfully create awareness of active aging for society at large

 

Key Results Achieved Include:

  • For the Senior Dialogue Maker: There are 42 senior dialogue makers trained, and worked at the exhibition. Through training, practice and assessment they were well prepared to interact with the public and lead the inter-generational dialogue. There were over 1000 sessions with 83,300 visitors attended in the dialogue sessions.  
  • The feedback from audience received over 90% with high satisfaction of the whole experience. 
  • President and Ministers visited the exhibition and also recognized the important role of senior dialogue makers played in this educational exhibition. 
  • Future exhibitors from Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan visited the exhibition to seek support for training the senior dialogue makers and experiences sharing. 
  • More than two thirds of Taipei senior dialogue makers are willing to support next exhibition in other city of Taiwan.  
  • There were 155 media coverage on mass medias, and over 15 Feature Stories about the “Dialogue with Time” and the Dialogue makers. Active Aging and Aging issue had been discussed in the stories. The total media effects equal to NT$76,198,207 advertisement fee.
